Based in this town centre location, the client wished to upgrade and renovate three rooms in 2019:- Kitchen, Bathroom and Cloakroom. Working within fairly compact areas the brief required us to maximise the spaces and incorporate functionality for all of the rooms and leave a high quality urbanesque finish. All three rooms required full renovation, remedial work and 1st & 2nd fix alterations.

In the Kitchen, JJO Colonial Pendle Solid Oak with Omega worktops were selected to give a warm but clean feel and finished with sleek Boydon’s wall and floor tiles. Neff appliances were fitted throughout to ensure function and reliability.

The additional two rooms were to incorporate a modern bathroom and cloakroom lavatory facility. In the bathroom itself, a NU Bath was selected with Imex shower/bath tap mixer configuration and shower screen. The sanitaryware in both the bathroom and cloakroom employ Imex products to ensure continuity and both rooms were finished with HTW wall and floor tiles leaving a clean, modern look and feel.
