Cobbold Avenue, Eastbourne 2022

This job in Cobbold Avenue required us to rip out the existing shower cubicle and basin unit in the customer's bedroom and transform it into a en-suite shower room. We started by getting the stud walls in place for the new room, adding plasterboad and then plaster to decoration finish.

The customer specified an archway to be able to walk in through and we were able to deliver to the specific requirements. Once all walls had been built we could start to turn the room into an en-suite. The customer chose a minimalistic shower cubicle from QX and a Mira flight non-slip shower tray. Vanity selected unit was our popular Tavistock Compass unit with an HIB illuminated cabinet to complement. We made sure that the room would be well ventlaited to minimise condensation by adding a high powered ceiling extractor fan and adding a new window into the room. Porcelanosa tiles were used to finish the job with colour-matching grout.
