Chelmsford Court, Eastbourne, 2023

The customer visited our showroom to discuss updating their bathroom and shower room. This wasn't the easiest bathroom to design due to the difficult room shape, never the less we got a plan together that the customer was happy with. Around the bath area mosaic tiles were used to create a feature wall due to the odd shaped wall area, which caused an issue with the bath shower screen shutting so we sourced a bespoke return panel to fit perfectly over the bath. The bath used was an Imex heavy duty acrylic resin at 750mm wide. JJO Kitchen units were used to fill one side of the bathroom to create storage & to house the countertop basin. An Imex rimless close coupled W/C and a R2 illuminated bathroom cabinet were chosen. A JIS stainless steel ladder rail was used to add some warmth to the bathroom.

The shower room was more of a straight swap like for like, with a new offset 900 x 800 2 door shower Quadrant replacing the original square cubicle, this was installed on an anti slip stone resin shower tray from Kudos. The electric shower was changed to a thermostatic Sonas bar valve running off the customers high pressure system already installed. The ever popular Tavistock Compass vanity unit 500mm wide in a gloss Clay was chosen to add a splash of colour. An Illuminated mirror incorparating a shaver socket replaced the original plain mirror.

Both rooms all installed by our trusted installation team.
