A nice renovation of a downstairs cloakroom. It wasnt the biggest of rooms so we need a neat little corner unit for the install, which we found with the Phoenix Tyne unit in gloss white. When it came to fitting the W/C the soil pipe was damaged, so this had to be cut out and replaced. A new Imex rimless compact pan was fitted.

The room was finished of with some handmade 150 x 75 gloss white traditional tiles laid brickbond. Floor was chosen using a contrasting Anthracite tile.
